Terms and Conditions for mApp

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mApp mobile application and website (collectively referred to as "mApp"). By accessing or using mApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using mApp.

Use of mApp

1.1 Eligibility:

You must be at least 16 years old to use mApp. By using mApp, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

1.2 Account Creation:

To access certain features of mApp, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breaches.

1.3 User Content:

You may have the opportunity to submit content, such as reviews or ratings, through mApp. By submitting user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and improving mApp.

2.1 Ownership:

mApp and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of mApp without our prior written consent.

2.2 Trademarks:

The mApp name, logo, and any other trademarks or service marks displayed on mApp are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any of these trademarks or service marks without the owner's prior written permission.

mApp may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content or practices of these third-party sites. You access these sites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

mApp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information, content, or services provided through mApp. Your use of mApp is at your sole risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of mApp, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your continued use of mApp after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely aligns with the intent of the original provision.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mApp regarding the use of mApp, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
